Sunvale Realtor Cooperation

Sunvale Homes streamlines the cooperation process for real estate agents, offering a 2.5% commission (net of premiums, upgrades, and HST). To ensure a smooth experience and commission eligibility, brokers are required to register their clients before their first visit, either in person or via email. Once registered, agents can introduce their clients, and Sunvale's team will handle the details, ensuring a positive experience and prompt commission payment upon closing.

Broker Registration

To ensure a seamless experience, we require brokers to register their clients with us BEFORE the first visit. Simply complete our Broker Registration Form in-person at one of our sales centers. OR Download it here and email it to sales@sunvalehomes.com.

If your client walks into our model homes without their agent, or without being previously registered then Sunvale will uphold its right to refuse cooperation commission.

It’s one form, then as easy as any buying process can be. Sunvale’s in house repetitive fill out the APS, answer all questions and do the décor process ensuring a great experience for both client and realtor.

How to Get Started

1. Register Your Clients – Complete our broker registration form.

2. Schedule a Visit – Bring your clients to tour our available homes.

3. Consult with them on the value of their options – then let our representatives handle the paperwork, the questions, and the design!

4. Earn Your Commission – Once your client closes on their new home, you receive your commission promptly!

Commission Structure

We cooperate with real estate agents at a commission rate of 2.5% on the base price, net of lot premiums, upgrades, and HST. This ensures a transparent and fair compensation structure while keeping the process simple. We have a calculation on the referral invoice template HERE.  Simply have your broker submit this invoice to Sunvale to collect your referral fee.
